District of Columbia Court of Appeals — The District of Columbia Court of Appeals on 3 September struck a Deutsche Bank unit's whole appellate brief in a foreclosure case for citing four non-existent authorities, and referred the matter to the DC Bar's Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
