The AI road inspection tool runs machine learning over crowdsourced dash-camera footage to flag damaged guardrails, missing signs, broken streetlights, debris and encroaching vegetation. Maintenance crews now go where most needed, says the chief engineer for the province's transport infrastructure systems.
