The breadth of every role. The depth each one demands.
We develop and deliver comprehensive Applied AI programmes. That comprehensiveness is the capability: it is what lets us train an entire organisation — every function, every level — and what lets a school or training provider open an Applied AI programme without writing one.

A course for the job you actually do.
Not a general AI course with your profession mentioned once. Each of these was written for one job — its workflow, its standards, and the things it is not allowed to get wrong. Find yours below; the line under each says where it takes you.

How you take it
In a room, on your own, or both.
In a room
Cohort sessions run by a certified trainer, using the course's own slides and exercises. Delivered by the Institute, or by a Partner School near you.
Hybrid
The session in the room, then the practice on the app — the drills and prompt work that turn a demonstration into a habit.
At your own pace
The same course, self-paced in the Learning App: modules, exercises, the prompt library and the workbook you fill in as you go.
And what you leave with
A credential that says what you can do.
Every course carries its own assessment, and the certificate is issued against the skills the course actually teaches — not against attendance. Sit it as an individual, or through the institution putting you through the course.

For an organisation
Training a two-thousand-person organisation cannot be done through one generic AI course.
An organisation that size is a dozen audiences, and each of them needs the course written for their own work — the nurse's AI is not the recruiter's, and the board's is neither. Training the whole organisation means covering all of them at once, which is only possible if the catalogue already runs the full width of the business. Ours does.

AI+ At Work: Advanced
Every course named above already exists, rendered and ready to run. Where a function is not on this list — clinical, legal, engineering, public service, education — there is a volume for it in the Library and a course is built from it.
A dozen tracks, one curriculum.
Everyone starts on the same foundation and builds up from it. The frameworks a nurse learns are the frameworks the board learns, applied to different work — so the training compounds across the organisation instead of fragmenting into a dozen unrelated courses.
- 01FoundationEveryone, whatever they do
The same grounding across the whole organisation — what AI does to work, how to direct it, and how to check what it gives back. One vocabulary and one set of named frameworks, so a finance analyst and a school teacher are talking about the same thing.

- 02RoleThe course for the work they actually do
Written for one job: its workflow, its standards, its failure modes and the things it is not allowed to get wrong. This is the layer a generic AI course cannot reach, and the reason the catalogue has to be as wide as it is.
- —AI+ HR Leaders
- —AI+ Finance Directors
- —AI+ Sales Leaders
- —AI+ Administrative Professionals
- 03SkillThe capability their role turns on
Stacked on top of the role course — negotiation, decision-making, change management, instructional design. Each treated as a discipline in its own right rather than a feature of a tool.

The courses behind it
Every track above is drawn from here.
Each course is rendered and ready to run, and ships with the slides, workbook, quiz bank, instructor's guide and prompt library needed to teach it — whether your own trainers deliver it or ours do.
For schools, colleges and training providers
Your Applied AI programme is already built.
Building an Applied AI programme from nothing takes a provider a year and its best people: writing the curriculum, producing the materials, training the trainers, designing the assessment. All of it already exists. A provider starts with the catalogue, and teaches next term.
- 01
Curriculum and programme design
A complete, current AI curriculum on day one- ●Ready-to-teach course catalogue and track map
- ●Programme structures — taster, foundation, full
- ●Scope and sequence, with entry diagnostics
- ●The licensed AI+ Library beneath it, refreshed on a published schedule
The hardest and most expensive thing a provider ever builds, in place before the first class.
- 02
Teaching materials and localisation
Every course arrives ready to teach- ●Instructor kits — lesson plans, slides, facilitator guides
- ●Exercises and ready-made prompt libraries
- ●Localisation into the language and context of the market
- ●Bespoke course build where a sector is not yet covered
Trainers spend their time teaching. Classes start sooner and cost less to run.
- 03
Trainer certification
Your own people become certified AI trainers- ●Master-trainer programme for your staff
- ●Trainer certification and teaching methodology
- ●Refresher and new-trainer cohorts as you grow
- ●Delivery quality checks that protect your name
Certified local trainers are an asset you own — you scale delivery on your own team.
- 04
Assessment and credentials
A credential learners will pay for- ●Per-course assessments
- ●Micro-credentials and certificates
- ●Quality standards and moderation
- ●Your mark, ours, or co-branded
The credential is what learners and employers actually buy.
- 05
The learning platform
Teach far beyond the seats in the room- ●Learner access on mobile and web
- ●Enrolment, progress tracking and analytics
- ●Assessment delivery
- ●Optional white-label under your own brand
This is what lets a small room earn like a large one.
What you open with
The catalogue is yours from day one.
Not a promise to build courses. These exist, rendered and ready to teach, and the catalogue grows with the Library — so your programme widens without you writing a thing.
How it is built and run
The machine behind all of it.

AI+ Library
The published curriculum — professional texts and volumes across more than forty sectors, tiered from foundational to senior leadership. The foundation from which the rest of the programme extends.
- ●Each volume co-authored by Applied AI experts and people working in the sector under study
- ●Reviewed by the Academic Board against a published editorial philosophy
- ●Reissued on a published revision schedule before its examples or case material go stale
- ●Issued in English with regional editions in Malay, Thai, Japanese, Burmese and French
- 02Pillar 02
Taught and self-paced courses
Courses built on the Library’s curriculum and delivered through ministry-managed platforms, partner training providers, or directly to individual learners.
- ●Live cohort-based and self-paced formats
- ●Bundled into sector packs for institutional buyers
- ●Translated into structured learning by the curriculum team
- 03Pillar 03
AI-Powered LMS and Assessment Platforms
Learning and assessment platforms that draw on the full AI+ knowledge base to deliver each user a custom lesson progression and measure what they can actually do — appropriate for the wide variability in entry levels across professional cohorts.
- ●Draws on the entire AI+ corpus, not a single volume
- ●Adapts to what each user already knows and what they need to learn next
- ●Builds a personalised lesson progression — no fixed syllabus, no one-size-fits-all curriculum
- ●Assesses capability rather than course completion
- 04Pillar 04
Testing & Certification
Independent assessment and credentials that prove applied-AI capability — proficiency exams and certificates mapped to the Library’s skills, for individuals and for institutions certifying their people.
- ●Proficiency exams and certificates mapped to the Library’s skills
- ●Independent assessment — the credential is earned, not attended
- ●For individuals, and for institutions certifying their people
Speed of curriculum development.
The Institute's defining capability is the speed at which it builds — and refreshes — curriculum. Each programme brings together what most education providers find hard to put under one roof.
Direct from the Group’s working AI consortium — building and deploying intelligent systems for clients in fifteen-plus countries today.
Subject-matter authority sourced from practitioners actively working in each field, not from general-purpose writers.
A curriculum team that knows how working adults actually learn — and designs material to be teachable in the field, not the seminar room.
The result: a curriculum that reflects the state of the field the day it ships, customisable for any cohort, sector or regulatory environment, and kept current on a published revision schedule.
Bring a programme to your ministry, profession or workforce.
The Institute partners with national bodies, professional associations, and large enterprises to deliver programmes tuned to a specific cohort, sector or regulatory environment.
