Bile Initiative / Tabaarak ICT Solutions — Tabaarak ICT Solutions and SomaliREN enrolled 160-plus final-year ICT students from 22 Mogadishu universities in round three of the Somali-run Bile Initiative, an AI training for university graduates scheme also covering cloud computing, software development and analysis. Hormuud Salaam Foundation funds it, steering graduates toward tech jobs. Women form 43 per cent of the cohort — an AI skills programme for ICT students too.
