BPJS Kesehatan — BPJS Kesehatan, which runs Indonesia's national health insurance scheme, has launched four AI services, including SmartClaim JKN, AI claims verification that speeds its verifiers' work. SISCA JKN, a digital avatar, gives Mobile JKN app users information and first responses, while Smart Analytics and Smart Insight turn agency data into material for operational and managerial decisions.
