The AI highway monitoring flags congestion, pedestrians on the carriageway, early flood signs, liquid spillage, potholes, dumped rubbish, wrong-way and reversing vehicles, illegal lane changes, hard-shoulder stops and illegal advertising banners and posters, and counts vehicles by class.
