Koryo Medical General Hospital deploys AI Korean medicine treatment system

Koryo Medical General Hospital — Koryo Medical General Hospital, with Pyongyang Computer Technology University, built the Koryo Treatment Support System, an AI Korean medicine treatment tool that diagnoses internal medicine conditions by Korean medical methods and drafts herbal remedy and acupuncture prescriptions. It won a National Science and Technology Achievement Introduction Certificate in 2025. Newly built hospitals, including Kangdong County Hospital, now use it, spreading computer-aided traditional medicine diagnosis nationwide.
