Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) — A new AI chatbot for student travel and bond clearance now serves Fiji's Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) community, rolled out with the agency's Travel and Bond Clearance Portal. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Biman Prasad said the 24-hour AI-integrated chatbot service for tertiary students removes the need for parents and learners to queue or travel simply to confirm details, delivering dependable answers around the clock instead. Roughly 70,000 past and present scholarship holders gain portal access, with electronic links to Immigration and Border Control confirming clearance status automatically.
