Kyrgyzstan's Digital Code AI rules come into force

Government of Kyrgyzstan — Kyrgyzstan AI regulation under Chapter 23 of the Digital Code (articles 191-197) now covers every AI system deployed nationally. Operators must publish a self-run risk assessment, disclose AI-generated interactions and deepfakes to users, and, for high-risk systems, issue a public conformity declaration. Cabinet Resolution No. 770 (December 2025) approved the methodology behind these AI governance requirements.
