Monaco Telecom launches gen AI virtual assistant for customers

Monaco Telecom — Altores, a Monaco-based startup, teamed with Monaco Telecom to build a multilingual AI virtual assistant for customer service, live on the operator's website and WhatsApp. It fields questions non-stop, 24 hours daily, then hands trickier cases off to a human agent. The rollout gives Monaco's telecoms sector one of its first homegrown deployments of a generative AI customer service assistant.
