Curaçao's Social and Economic Council puts generative AI into advisory work
Sociaal Economische Raad (SER) Curaçao — The Social and Economic Council (SER) of Curaçao keeps generative AI in advisory work under safeguards fixed at master classes on March 19, 20 and 24 at the council's Ansinghstraat offices. Condensing long files, sorting material, polishing wording, matching documents and simplifying dense subjects go to the software; legal interpretation, weighing competing interests, institutional sensitivity and formal judgment do not. Three rules govern AI-assisted advice: humans answer finally, personal data is protected, and quality, integrity and verifiability hold. Director Raúl Henriquez: nothing displaces professional judgment or human responsibility.
